  • Overview

    EAC Network seeks a Supervisor/Data Coordinator to work full time for its Manhattan Drug Court program located at Manhattan Court. The Supervisor/Data Coordinator will be responsible coordinating activities, supervision of staff and assisting with the daily operations of the program. Position is Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM with excellent benefits medical/dental/401K and very generous Paid Time Off plan (PTO).


    • Ensure cooperation of treatment provider agencies in accordance with linkage agreements and MOU’s.
    • Collect and track program data compiling accurate information to complete and/or assist evaluators in completing quarterly, bi-annual and/or annual reports to funders in a timely fashion.
    • Act as a liaison with program evaluator and project partners concerning data collection and updates.
    • Track client incentives.
    • Expand workgroup membership collaborating with Manhattan Drug Court staff, and project evaluators.
    • Prepare, arrange and facilitate workgroup and stakeholder meetings, and distribution of meeting minutes.
    • Write and update project strategic plan.
    • Represent the program at meetings and functions when needed.
    • Provide coverage for program staff.
    • Customarily and regularly exercises discretionary powers.
    • Assist Senior Director with personnel matters, including hiring.
    • Communicate with Senior Director regularly in regard to progress and barriers.
    • Assist in completing Employee Performance Reviews and coordinate in-service trainings.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, social work or related field required. Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years criminal justice and/or relevant work experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
    • Must have data collection, data entry and/or evaluation experience.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
