  • Overview

    EAC Network seeks a part time Case Coordinator to work 17.5 hours weekly late afternoons/early evenings (flexible days) for our Child Advocacy Center (CAC) program located in Central Islip.


    • Act as a liaison between victims and members of multi-disciplinary team (MDT) including police, county attorney, DA, etc. and social services agencies.
    • Maintain case records as required.
    • Provide back-up and support to CAC Regional Director and for office coverage.
    • Assist in administrative responsibilities of the Child Advocacy Center.
    • Transport and escort clients from appointments if needed in own vehicle when necessary including ability to lift, carry, and secure children into appropriate child restraint car seat.
    • Provide community outreach and conduct presentations.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly statistical and annual reports.


    • Associate's Degree required (educational equivalent and related experience will be considered), Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of administrative procedures required.
    • Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems necessary to perform work assignments.
    • Must have access to automobile and possess valid NYS Driver’s License.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
